Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation
To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received and a confirmation email has been sent.

2. Final Numbers & Dietary Requirements
Final guest numbers and any dietary requirements must be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to the event (28 days for >50 people). We will always do our best to accommodate all dietary needs with advance notice.

3. Final Payment
Full payment is required no later than 28 days before your event. We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as outlined in your invoice.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 3 months before the event will receive a full refund (excluding the deposit).

  • Cancellations made within 28 days of the event will be charged in full.
    If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a full refund (including the deposit) will be provided.

5. Menu Changes
While we aim to deliver the agreed menu, seasonal availability and supplier issues may occasionally require substitutions. We’ll always notify you of any significant changes in advance.

6. Equipment Hire & Damages
If you’ve hired crockery, cutlery, or other equipment through us, any lost or damaged items will be charged at replacement cost. I refundable damage deposit of £200 will be taken at the time of payment. This will be returned within 7 days of your event.

7. Outdoor Events
For outdoor events, we require adequate area for shelter for our team and equipment in case of adverse weather. We’ll work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day. We will require access to running water and electricity.

8. Health & Safety
Our team follows all necessary food safety and hygiene regulations. If you have any specific site requirements or restrictions, please let us know in advance.

9. Travel Fees
Additional charges may apply for events outside our standard service area. These will be clearly outlined in your quote.

10. Overnight charges
Additional charges may apply for events where we are required to be on-site overnight. Hire of a trailer fridge will be required (£375) unless adequate refrigeration is available on site.

11. Permissions
It is your responsibility to ensure your venue has the required permissions and insurances for live fire cooking. We are happy to speak to venues on your behalf to discuss most suitable locations and safety concerns.
